How do I show country-specific delivery dates?
To show a country-specific delivery date, you need to:

  1. Enable ‘Country Dropdown’ from the ETA rule setting
  2. Go to ‘Delivery Country’
  3. Set the delivery rates
  4. Save the settings

Please note that the country needs to be added in the ‘shipping and delivery’ setting from your Shopify dashboard. Otherwise, the system may not work properly.

How is the delivery date calculated if a country is selected?
If a specific country is selected (the delivery date and the country need to be specified), the delivery date gets added with the regular prep time and the delivery time you specified in the date and time settings.

If a delivery date falls within the holidays specified by the user, how is the delivery date calculated?
In such a case, the holidays will be added to the delivery date originally specified.

Do I need to provide the translation myself?
Yes, for specific fields you wish to show in specific countries, you need to translate the message and write it in the relevant field.

How can I access the ETA rules, delivery country, global, settings, and others?
These are all native WowETA settings - once you've installed the WowETA app successfully, you'll find these options inside the WowETA app settings - simply click on it and you'll find all the options.
