Wow Custom Product Options (WowOptions)
WPXPO ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy while providing the Wow Custom Product Options application ("App" or "WowOptions") for Shopify store owners. Service-related communications, such as important billing, security, account, or operational notices, may still be sent where necessary.
WPXPO, our service providers, Shopify, and other technology providers involved in delivering the App may process information in countries other than the country in which you or your customers are located.
Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate steps designed to provide safeguards for international transfers of personal information. These safeguards may include contractual protections or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

WowOptions is a business application designed for Shopify merchants and is not intended to be installed or operated by individuals under the age required to enter into applicable commercial agreements.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for the purpose of creating a WowOptions merchant account.
Because merchants determine the products they sell and the product-option fields they create, customer information submitted through a merchant's storefront may vary.
Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their storefronts, products, and collection of customer information comply with applicable laws relating to children and minors.

The App operates within the Shopify ecosystem and may interact with Shopify features and third-party services selected or configured by merchants.
Third-party websites, services, integrations, or platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. WPXPO is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content practices of independent third parties.
Merchants are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy practices of third-party services they connect to or use in connection with WowOptions.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to the App or this Privacy Policy will not exceed the fees paid by the applicable merchant for the App during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
